We want you to be able to check out quickly and easily. If you’re having trouble placing an order, a quick refresh of your browser can usually fix it. Just follow the steps below to clear your cache and cooking on your preffered browser.
On Desktop
On Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select History from the dropdown, then history again.
- Click Delete browsing data on the left.
- Choose a time range, then tick:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and file - Hit Delete data.
On Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Delete browsing date.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Choose a time range, then tick:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files - Click Clear now.
On Firefox
- Click the three lines in the top-right corner.
- Select History.
- Choose Clear recent history.
- Pick a time range and tick Cookies, Cache, and any other options you need.
- Click Clear Now.
On Safari
- Press History.
- Select Clear browser history.
Choose the time range, then click Clear History.
On Mobile Devices
If you're using your phone or tablet and can’t place an order, try clearing your browser app’s cache and cookies:
iPhone / iPad (Safari)
- Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
iPhone / iPad (Chrome)
- Open Chrome > Menu (⋯) > History > Clear Browsing Data
- Select Cookies and Cached Images/Files, then Clear.
Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome > Menu (⋮) > History > Clear Browsing Data
- Select Cookies and Cached Images/Files, then Clear.
Android (Samsung Internet)
- Open Samsung Internet > Menu (≡) > Settings > Privacy
- Tap Delete browsing data, select Cookies and Cache, then Delete.
Once cleared, return to checkout and try again. If the issue continues, our Customer Service team can help.
