Returning items is easy! If you purchased a pre-paid returns label in the checkout for £2.99 just visit our returns portal to find your returns label/QR code.

Don't have a label yet? No worries. You can buy one there for £3.99 to return your items to us. Just keep your order number handy. 😊

Important things to remember when returning:

• Separate Orders, Separate Labels: If you're returning items from two different orders, you'll need a separate return label for each.
• No Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges, only refunds.
• Return Time: It usually takes up to 14 working days to receive and process your return. We'll email you once it's done.
• Proof of Return: MandM isn't responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. So, keep your return reciept as proof!

Follow these easy steps on how to use the returns portal:

1. Go to our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number.
3. Provide your postcode, email address, or the last four digits of your phone number, then click 'proceed'.
4. Choose the items you want to return and why.
5. Select 'Evri - Print in Store'. You can find your nearest drop-off point here. Alternatively, you can use the 24/7 InPost Locker Service. You can find your nearest InPost Locker by entering your postcode into the InPost finder.

Download your label or QR code. If you use the QR code, they'll scan it from your phone and print the label for you at the drop-off point.
