Returning is easy! If you purchased a pre-paid returns label in the checkout for £2.99 just visit our Returns Portal to find your returns label/QR code. Don't have a label yet? No worries. You can buy one there for £3.99 to return your items to us. Just keep your order number handy. Easy-peasy! 😊

If you place orders on or after the 9th of September 2024, our returns policy is getting extended for Christmas. You've got some extra time until 15th of January 2025 to return anything you purchased. And don't worry if your order falls outside that window – you still have 28 days to return any stuff you don't want.

Just a quick heads up: If you need to return two separate orders they would need two separate returns labels.

MandM can't be held responsible for any damages or lost items during transit. So, hang onto that receipt as proof of your return, just in case.

Still need help? Follow these easy steps on how to use the returns portal:

1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number.
3. Pop in your postcode, email address or last four digits of your telephone number and tap ‘proceed’
4. Select the item/s you wish to return and why. Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges.
5. Select the Evri - Print in Store option. You can find your local drop-off point here.
6. Download your returns label and QR code - if you're using the QR code, just take your parcel to the drop-off point, and they'll scan it from your mobile. They'll print the label for you.
7. We usually take up to 7 working days to process your return. We'll drop you a note to let you know once it's done. And remember, keep that receipt safe!

Alternatively, you can use the InPost Locker Service. It's just as simple! Follow the same steps above, just select the 24/7 InPost Locker Service instead and follow these steps. To find your local InPost Locker or Shop pop your postcode into the InPost finder.
