We make returns as easy as possible through our returns portal, and we highly recommend using it for a quick and hassle-free experience. If you don’t have an Evri store nearby, no worries! You can also return your items using InPost Locker – it’s simple and convenient! Alternatively, you can return your items via Royal Mail by purchasing a returns label in out returns portal.

Just a quick heads-up, though - if you've already purchased a pre-paid Evri label, it's exclusive to their couriers. Make sure to check your nearest Evri store for more details.
