How do I return a parcel? >
Returning is easy! Just use our returns portal to get your label or QR code.
- Bought a pre-paid label at checkout (£2.99)? You’ll find it ready in the portal.
- Need a label? You can buy one there for £3.99 – just have your order number ready.
Quick tips:
- One label per order
- Refunds only – no exchanges
- Returns can take up to 14 working days to process
We've got you covered! We've already sent you a confirmation email that includes all your tracking details. Our couriers will also send you updates as your parcel makes its way to you. 😊
If, by any chance, you haven't received your order, but the tracking info says otherwise, please do let us know as soon as you can. 📦
Once your payment is processed, our amazing dispatch team jump straight on it, getting your order ready super fast. At this point, we're unable to make changes or cancel your order. But don't stress, you'll love what's coming your way!
