We can't change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. However, you might be able to redirect your parcel directly with the courier using the tracking number they sent you.
Before you order
To avoid any issues, please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
If you have a MandM Account, simply log in and go to the 'Delivery Addresses' tab to update your address there.
Alternatively, if you're checking out as a guest, you can add a new delivery address directly at the checkout.
This step is important because we start processing your order as soon as it's placed!
